In sad news, Jim Ross reports WWE employee Jimmy Miranda passed away in his home near Providence, Rhode Island. He reportedly passed from a "longtime illness". The thoughts of TPWW.net and our staff go out to his family.
Governor Jesse Ventura self-admitted himself into a Minnesota hospital, due to a discomfort in his lungs. A statement by the Governor's office claims the discomfort is a result of a recurring blood clot in his lung. As reported on the new Dot-Net News Scope, Vince Russo has left his consultant position in World Wrestling Entertainment for NWA: Total Non-stop Action. As reports go, he patched up some things with Ed Ferrara, had some closed meeting doors with Jerry Jarrett, and all around helped out with the show. Considering many are hailing it as the best TNA in the shows short history, maybe Russo has found his niche.
In another update to a Dot-Net News Scope story, Kevin Nash, who injured his left quadriceps muscle during a match on last week's RAW, had surgery on the 9th in Alabama. Dr. James Andrews did the cutting, and he should be back in about 6 months, just in time to injure himself again.
