Vince McMahon Furious at SmackDown Crew For Leaking Information

Vince McMahon held his weekly backstage meeting with the SmackDown crew yesterday, according to Buck Woodward. He echoed his warning issued to the RAW brand talent by saying that he doesn't want any of the talent talking with the "Internet critics" and the "dirtsheets." Vince said that he was disgusted that it was going on and if he finds out which wrestlers are talking to Internet sites, he would "fire them on the spot."

Brock Lesnar backed up his boss by saying that he was recently doing an interview and was asked questions about future booking plans that have been leaked out. Lesnar went on by saying "If I see anybody on the Internet, I'll kill them." A lot of the talent feels that Brock Lesnar thinks that he is the locker room leader because of his strong relationship with Vince, even though he has much less experience than several others on the roster.

Wrestlers were critiqued in the meeting as well, with some saying that it was more like being publicly humiliated rather than critiqued. Some members of WWE management didn't agree with the idea of criticizing wrestlers in front of everyone so public. Needless to say, no one is looking forward to these new management/talent meetings each week.
