Vince McMahon has reportedly been threatening wrestlers with their jobs at recent backstage meetings. One report states that McMahon said that talent would be "flipping burgers in a few months" if they did not do things better in the ring. What a dickhead.

Needless to say, this rubbed many wrestlers the wrong way and it's a questionable approach for a guy who is trying to motivate his wrestlers.
