As of now, the plan for WrestleMania is for The Rock & Mick Foley to team up to take on Randy Orton and a partner, possibly Batista.

This is the reason Orton has been receiving a huge push in his feud with Foley, to build him up as a "top guy" in time for WrestleMania, to make his match with Foley and The Rock be more meaningful.

As of now, The Rock is expected to return some time in March to start his WrestleMania hype.
