In an article that can be read in its entirety here, Brock Lesnar's former High School wrestling coach, John Schiley, stated that it was the recent tour of South Africa that pushed Lesnar to walk away from his WWE deal. Schiley stated, "He was tired of the grueling thing, he never had a day off, didn't have a weekend, every Sunday he worked, his weekends were Wednesday and Thursday and last night he was probably the most calmest, well rested I've ever heard him," said Schiley.

Schiley stated that Lesnar's current plan is to head to Arizona to work with a personal trainer, then eventually attempt to tryout for the Minnesota Vikings.
