Steve Austin was arrested yesterday on assault charges after a domestic dispute with his girlfriend. KSAT channel 12 is reporting that Austin's girlfriend, who is not identified, told police that she was pushed down by Austin over an argument at his home, injuring her hands and knees.

We are told that Austin is no longer under probation from his case with ex-wife, Debra.
