There continues to be a lot of talk backstage in the SmackDown locker room about Paul Heyman returning to the company at some point. However, according to those close to him, he has been avoiding most all wrestling related phone calls. The former ECW owner still speaks with the Big Show, who continues to tell other wrestlers that Heyman will return only when he and Vince McMahon can agree on something, obviously joking.
