Apparently one of the main reasons why WWE has decided to bill some of their Canadian wrestlers as hailing from American cities is because either Vince McMahon or another higher-up within the company became concerned that so many of RAW's top superstars were being billed from Canada. Additionally, they were worried that this would cause some sort of anti-Canada backlash among the greater American fanbase. It is believed that most of the Canadian wrestlers are not happy with this change but aren't willing to say much against it.
