As reported yesterday, Vince McMahon did indeed meet with Bret Hart after Raw this past Monday night. The nature of the meeting is still unknown at this point, however, the meeting does not come as a big surprise since Raw was in Calgary, which is the hometown of The Hitman.

Bret and Vince have talked pretty regularly as of late; however, most sources indicate that it is more about the business and catching up. Nevertheless it has been said that the two do have an open line of communication regarding Bret doing some work with WWE at some point down the road.

The chances of Bret Hart making a return to the WWE are greater now more than ever. Time does heal all wounds, as Bret went from hating Vince like poison just years ago to now being friends with him once again. Bret has been gone for the company for close to 7 years and the chances of him returning at some point in some capacity are good.

There have been talks of releasing a "Best of Bret Hart" DVD collection, like the company has done for Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair and most recently Mick Foley. All 3 sets were extremely popular and with the Hitman's tremendous library of 5-star matches, there is no doubt his collection would be an overwhelming success. Hart's return to television would likely coincide with its release.
