The following story is from MMANews.com:
Sean O'Haire will be working in Japan for New Japan's 5/3 Tokyo Dome show. A few days ago I reported that Brock Lesnar was under consideration to be K-1 MASK against Hiroshi Tanahashi at New Japan's Tokyo Dome show on 5/3, but today the mystery opponent was announced by K-1 producer Sadaharu Tanigawa, and it will be former WCW and WWE wrestler Sean O'Haire who was recently let go by World Wrestling Entertainment.
All Japan Pro Wrestling Triple Crown champion Toshiaki Kawada made a few comments about Goldberg today. He promised that he would defend the belt sucessfully against Goldberg and mentioned that he is just "an obscure American" when compared to the Triple Crown champions. Kawada also made a comment about Goldberg's singles match with Satoshi Kojima in the summer of 2002, saying that he did not make nearly as much of an impression on the Japanese fans as the former top foreign stars Stan Hansen and Vader did when they were with the company. Goldberg will be challenging for the Triple Crown on 5/8 at "HUSTLE-3" against Kawada in his first match since leaving WWE in March.
