What You Didn't See On Judgment Day Last Night

Thanks to Octavio Fierros for the following:

Everyone knew this event would be one of the worst of all-time, so I'm not going in detail with all the negatives of the show. Here are some off-camera happenings from WWE Judgment Day.

On Sunday Night Heat....

Mark Jindrak (w/Teddy Long) defeated Funaki. I actually like Jindrak's gimmick. He doesn't need Teddy Long in his corner, though. Nothing special in this match...

The Staples Center was totally sold out and I didn't see any empty seats. The crowd was really into the action. At one point, the crowd was actually dead during the Women's match (big pop for Dawn Marie's ass, though) and the meaningless Mordecai vs. Scotty Too Hotty match...

After the PPV ended, Eddie Guerrero continued to attack John "Bradshaw" Layfield. Guerrero returned to the ring to celebrate, but he was losing blood. He went down, as paramedics came to help Guerrero. Eddie refused help and got up for another big pop. Nothing happened after that. Tony Chimmel thanked the fans for coming.

Biggest Pops of the Night: (In order): Undertaker, Eddie Guerrero, John Cena.

Most Heel Heat: (In order): The main event finish, John Bradshaw Layfield, Booker T

No return date announced, but WrestleMania 21 will be here at Staples Center.
