We continue to report rumors about a possible ECW return at some point. The rumors started several months ago when Shane McMahon was said to be trying to push his father to bring back ECW on a late Saturday night timeslot. Vince McMahon had considered the idea on several different occasions but the general feeling is that he has enough problems on his hands trying to turn the SmackDown! roster around right now and wont be bringing back ECW in the near future. We'll keep you posted so stay tuned.

The original plan for The Undertaker's return to WWE was to bring him back as the old deadman. 'Taker had gone on record prior to his return as saying he didn't want to go back to the old gimmick and by the time he came back, he did so in the current incarnation that we see him in now. It was largely in part to Vince McMahon and The Undertaker himself to bring him back to what we see now. Bruce Prichard pitched in several idea's as well.
