We're told that Paul Heyman will be on SmackDown tonight.

Billy Kidman is working with a bad knee, as is Paul London.

Sources are saying that Vince McMahon has Mordecai set up for some "shocking" promos to help his character development and big TV push. We're not sure what is planned exactly, but if Vince thinks it's shocking, you could just imagine what's in store.
