* At a recent NWA-TNA PPV, Jimmy Hart, Bob Ryder, and Tim Welch held a meeting to present the wrestlers with booking contracts enabling the company to collect a 15% booking fee for any wrestler who works an indy show. The early reaction to these contracts is mixed among the wrestlers.

* A Star Tribune article recently reported that Brock Lesnar was in the middle of a $45 million contract when he left the WWE to pursue an NFL career. This number is highly inflated as all reliable accounts show him earning in the range of $2.0 - 2.5 million per year BEFORE road expenses such as hotel room, rental cars, etc which are paid by the wrestlers themselves as they are legally listed as independent contractors.
