Despite all of the controversy that Bradshaw brought against himself due to his actions in Germany, many people backstage believe that the Eddie Guerrero/JBL program could continue until Summerslam.
In any normal situation, if a wrestler was not helping to bring in the audience and buyrates that the company had hoped for, not to mention the kind of trouble that Bradshaw got himself into in Germany, the WWE would take that superstar and quickly send him back down to the mid-card level. However, because Bradshaw's push is the brainchild of Vince McMahon, most people believe that Layfield will not be punished for his actions in Germany in any way, and if JBL remains in the main event spotlight all the way until Summerslam, that would certainly prove their point. However, things could change around once the WWE gets the final buyrate numbers for Judgment Day.
