- The following tapings took place in Chicago, IL on Tuesday:

WWE SmackDown Tapings (Air Date - June 17th):

- The Dudley Boyz defeated Rico & Charlie Haas to become the new WWE Tag Team Champions.

After the match, Paul Heyman congratulated the Dudley's and announced that they would be taking on The Undertaker at the Great American Bash in a Handicap Match. Heyman explained that at the PPV, Paul Bearer would be at ringside in a glass "crypt" for everyone to see. He said if The Undertaker didn't do the right thing, they would fill the crypt with cement. A coffin and cement truck was shown.

- WWE Champion Eddie Guerrero cut a promo in the ring challenging John Bradshaw Layfield to come out. The Basham Brothers came out instead telling Guerrero that they had unfinished business. This led to...

- Eddie Guerrero defeated Doug Basham in a Non-Title Match.

- Backstage, John Cena came into SmackDown GM Kurt Angle's office. Angle told Cena that he would be teaming up with Rob Van Dam to take on Booker T and Rene Dupree tonight. He also announced that the WWE US Title Four Way Match at the Great American Bash will be an elimination match.

- Backstage, Funaki (who was dressed up like John Cena) did a battle rap with Josh Mathews. Funaki made fun of Kurt Angle and Angle told Funaki he would be facing Luther Raines tonight.

- Kenzo Suzuki defeated Spike Dudley.

- WWE aired news footage of John Bradshaw Layfield being fired by CNBC. Layfield then cut a promo in the ring saying that CNBC never called him and that the American media stinks because it focuses on the negative. Eddie Guerrero came out and they both brawled.

- Rey Mysterio defeated Chavo Classic to become the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion in a rather short bout. After the match, Chavo Sr. hugged Chavo Jr. and left. (Note: Chavo Sr. was released from the company earlier yesterday).

- Luther Raines defeated Funaki.

- Torrie Wilson came out dressed like Uncle Sam to promote the Great American Bash on June 27th on Pay Per View.

- John Cena & Rob Van Dam vs. Booker T & Rene Dupree went to a No Contest.

During the match, Cena and RVD knocked Booker T and Dupree outside of the ring. They ended up fighting after this took place when the lights went out and The Undertaker appeared in the ring. Undertaker gave Cena a Tombstone Piledriver. Paul Heyman and The Dudley Boyz came out soon after concluding the taping.

This is where the show stopped taping most likely. In the ring, The Dudley's tried to shake Undertaker's hand. John Bradshaw Layfield came out and eventually got a chokeslam from Undertaker to end the show.
