- As previously reported WWE released Jamie Noble earlier this week. WWE felt that Noble did not bring enough to the table and never got over despite being given several gimmicks.

Noble has received heat for making an insurance claim on a WWE related matter, even though the actual issue had nothing to do with WWE.

- WWE has hyped up the returns of Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin and Mick Foley for next week's season premiere of Smackdown. They are not expected to appear on the show but footage will be shown of appearances they have made over the five-year history of the show.
