RAW & SD! to Europe, Foley/Nowinski on MSNBC, SD! Rating Delima

By Chris Walters on October 1, 2004 at 6:22 PM EST

* Last night's Smackdown broadcast will likely show as having horrible ratings this week since it was preempted in New York, Chicago, Washington DC, Houston, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Orlando, Baltimore, Reno, Chico, Idaho Falls, Missoula, and Twin Falls. A majority of the preemptions were due to the Presidential debate. This resulted in over 20% of the country not being able to tune in.

* After last night's Presidential debate, Mick Foley and Chris Nowinski appeared on MSNBC and pushed voter registration.

* Both the RAW and Smackdown brands will be heading to Europe after this week's televised shows/tapings and will be there through the October 11 & 12 shows that will be taped in Manchester, England.
