The biggest conversation over the past two days backstage at both RAW and SmackDown was said to concern the overall quality of the new WWE produced "Rise & Fall of ECW" DVD. Many former ECW stars are praising the DVD and feel the company gave it its due instead of rewriting history to their benefit. It is even being said that it is one of the best produced WWE DVD's in a long time. The documentary itself runs about three hours long.

On a related note, Eric Bischoff makes an appearance on the DVD and claims he never stole any concepts from ECW. His comments are followed up by clips of a hardcore match from a WCW event shortly after, proving that he wasn't exactly truthful in that department.
