After Batista and John Cena spilled out of the ring at the same time at last night's Royal Rumble pay-per-view, Vince McMahon came down to the ring from a backstage position to give orders to the referees as to what to do with the match.

As he got near to the ring, he slammed into it and appeared to suffer a leg injury in the process. When he got in the ring and tried to get up, his right knee buckled and he immediately fell down, landing on his rear end.

The referee's then restarted the match as the result of orders from McMahon, while sitting in the ring, which Batista won. Once he got backstage again a trainer attendended to him, and there was a big crowd of people around him. The initial prognosis was that he blew out his knee.
