-The WWE Lawsuit vs Brock Lesnar will continue as a judge has ruled that discovery can take place. This basically means that WWE will have the opportunity to look further into the issues of Lesnar and his no compete clause so that summary judgment is not ruled against them. Discovery is a pre-trial phase that will prepare both parties for a trial, but this does not rule out that a settlement between the two parties may occur, however, at this point it doesn't look that way.
