Jeff Hardy was on the Between the Ropes radio show last week in Florida, putting a much different spin on the Edge-Lita-Matt Hardy situation. Jeff said that his brother probably always knew he was going back to WWE in the end and was wrong for wasting TNA's time and stringing them along. I know there are a few TNA officials who are looking at how Hardy has been used now as karma since they spent a lot of time negotiating with him and even laying out potential angles for his planned debut, only to end up with nothing.

Jeff also said he couldn't defend Matt's behavior in the last several months and was upset about Matt making comments on WWE's Byte This that he was closer with Lita than Jeff. Jeff also said that he didn't want to get in the middle of the situation, but was forced to leave nasty voicemails on Edge and Lita's phone by Matt, with Matt literally "forcing the phone" into his face. Jeff also noted that he considered quitting the business after his Against All Odds performance against Abyss, where the finish got screwed and Hardy missed a big table spot at the end.
