- Today's hearing for the Brock Lesnar-WWE lawsuit, which was to feature oral arguments on whether WWE should get to depose Lesnar's lawyer David Olsen, was postponed until February 8. As has been reported, if WWE loses this motion, there is a good chance Judge Droney will rule immediately on the case (and likely in Lesnar's favor).

- USA announced plans yesterday to air a one-hour pilot based on the Ebaum's World website as a companion to WWE RAW. The network hopes the one-hour show will maintain a large portion of the young-adult viewers who tune into USA weekly for WWE's Monday night show.
