Michael Cole announced during the Canadian airing of SmackDown Wednesday night that Chavo Guerrero from RAW will be at WWE's No Way Out PPV this Sunday in Baltimore alongside Eddie Guerrero's wife Vicki while Randy Orton takes on Rey Mysterio.
