- There have been no new progress in the TNA-Bill Goldberg discussions, however, TNA has come up with several storylines to take place for Goldberg if he does sign with the company. TNA has a number of singles and tag options for him.

The company was looking to strike a deal with Goldberg prior to the taping of their Thursday night debut. The assumption was that Goldberg would of partner with Sting for the Lockdown PPV.
