The original plan for this Sunday's One Night Stand pay-per-view was to have Randy Orton dominate Rob Van Dam and "kill a legend". However when Vince McMahon found out that is was common knowledge that the pay-per-view was RVD's last match he became furious and is now planning on asking him to stay for another week or two to "surprise the smart fans." So when everyone expects him to lose at One Night Stand, it would not be surprising if he walks out a winner and waits another week or two until he departs WWE.

The Cena-Khali match is scheduled to go a lot longer at Sunday's pay-per-view due to the fact that Cena can use weapons and brawl outside the ring. In a straight wrestling match, the creative team is only comfortable choreographing a short match for Khali.
