There is talk of continuing William Regal in a full-time commissioner/executive assistant type role.

The new WWE video game was just about completed when it was ordered to extract Chris Benoit from it.

WWE is now considering expanding into Mexico, creating a new full-time territory. If WWE does expand into Mexico, WWE would want exclusive contracts with arenas, but CMLL (top Mexican wrestling promotion alongside AAA) owns its key buildings.

The 7/6 edition of Friday Night Smackdown scored a 3.2 Hispanic rating.
