TUF 5 cast member Gabe Ruediger defeated George Kassamatis via guillotine choke at 3:51 of the first round in event held in Highland, California on 8/30/07.

ProElite, Inc. [PELE.PK], an entertainment and media company dedicated to producing world-class MMA events, today announced the acquisition of Cage Rage Championships (CRC), Britain's premier MMA organization. They also run EliteXC, the MMA company that runs on Showtime.

The SHOXC (the 'farm league' of EliteXC) rating was a 0.5. This translates into nearly 750,000 viewers. This blows away any past EliteXC on Showtime.

Dave Meltzer is reporting that Fedor Emelianenko is supposed to be coming to UFC tomorrow night in London after doing a seminar that day in France. If he's shown on camera and identified, he's likely in, at least in their minds, even if they don't actually say that. If he's not shown, no agreement has been made.
