When Rey Mysterio went to slide the stretcher to the back, it got caught in a TV cord. They did an impromptu spot where Finlay got up, took a bump on the stretcher, and Rey rolled him past the line to win. The live crowd barely noticed the error.

A Chris Jericho video aired again saying "Please Stand By". He did not appear on the PPV.

Tod Grisham claimed they had 13,189,061 votes casted worldwide for the PPV.
