Backstage News & Notes From 'American Gladiators' Tapings

They started taping the series on 11/28. They have taped six episodes thus far, and NBC will order more based on response.

At the tapings, producers snatched all the signs, and planted pro-Hogan signs.

The Gladiators were getting $2500 per week.

MMA and pro wrestling star Bob Sapp was contacted about doing the series, but opted to do Pros vs. Joes, which paid a lot better, and he wouldn't be allowed to do both.

Gladiator Crush is MMA stand out Gina Carano.

Stacy Keibler wore a tiny little animal print dress to the Movies Rock pre-party presented by GUESS and Conde Nast at St.Vibiana's Cathedral in Los Angeles, California this past week.
