— ESPN.com and Grantland.com columnist Bill Simmons wrote that WWE was missing a golden opportunity by not cashing in on the NFL scandal surrounding former New Orleans Saints defensive coordinator Gregg Williams, who is currently banned from coaching in the NFL due to a bounty program. He wrote: “That reminds me, where was the WWE during this Gregg Williams saga? How did they not create a wrestling manager/Williams parody who keeps ‘crossing the line,’ offers bounties for his wrestlers to injure other wrestlers, stirs up an ongoing moral dilemma and comes out to the entrance song, ‘Kill the Head (and the Body Will Die)?’ How long do we have to wait?”
