Shawn Michaels Refs NXT Show, Says He’s “Too Old for This Shit” (Videos)

Shawn Michaels was the guest referee for an NXT Championship match between Drew McIntyre and Adam Cole at an NXT house show last night in San Antonio, TX.

Kyle O’Reilly tried to interfere to help Adam Cole, but Shawn Michaels hit him with a Sweet Chin Music.

Drew McIntyre won and after the match, the crowd gave Michaels an ovation and chanted “one more match.” Michaels responded, “I appreciate the sentiment of ‘one more match,’ but after refereeing this match I can assure you I’m too old for this shit.”
