Dean Ambrose underwent surgery on his torn triceps on Tuesday night but WWE did not provide a possible timetable for his return.
According to PWInsider, the hope right now is that he’ll be able to return in 2-3 months, but that “wasn’t set in stone.” That’s definitely good news, since a triceps tear sometimes has a much longer recovery time.
The word is that he has been working with the injury for a while, but it apparently got to the point where surgery was needed to get it taken care of.
Ambrose is back home in Nevada recovering from the surgery.
