AJ Styles on for WrestleMania

AJ Styles was examined by WWE medical staff on Monday for his still unknown injury and he is “on” for WrestleMania, according to Dave Meltzer.

Styles also said yesterday that he definitely will not miss the show and that “it’ll be fine.”

Don't know details on AJ's injury past it is legit, but he was examined yesterday and he's on for Mania.

SmackDown Dark Match

After 205 Live, Bobby Roode & Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Dolph Ziggler & Jinder Mahal. After they won, someone in a chicken suit came into the ring and Roode and Nakamura danced with him, I guess.

Mixed Match Challenge

The team of Sasha Banks and Finn Balor won the “second chance” fan voting for the Mixed Match Challenge, so they’ll face Charlotte Flair and Bobby Roode next week.

The winners of that match will then face Asuka and The Miz in the finals. Asuka and Miz are pretty much guaranteed to win since WWE stupidly said that Asuka’s streak is on the line in Mixed Match Challenge, meaning that there is no way they will have her lose.

New Japan Cup

Zack Sabre Jr. won the New Japan Cup earlier today, defeating Hiroshi Tanahashi by submission in the finals.

Sabre then challenged IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada for the title and that match will take place on April 1 at NJPW Sakura Genesis.
