MMAScoops.com is reporting that negotiations with both Hasim Rahman and Don Frye fell through for a potential match with Bobby Lashley, but Square Ring Promotions has found a potential opponent for the March 21st PPV event.
17-19 Jason Guida, who usually fights at lightweight, has been offered the fight with Lashley according to MMAScoops.com sources. No contracts have been signed as of yet, so keep your fingers crossed, because this one could fall through as well.
Lashley was originally signed to face Ken Shamrock, unfortunately Shamrock failed his California State Drug test for the anabolic agents 19-Norandrosterone, 19-Noretiocholanolone and Stanozolol. Due to that, Ken Shamrock was been suspended for one-year and was fined $2,500 according to MMAScoops.com.
