With Ring of Honor debuting on HDNet, TNA has made the decision to no longer allow their talent to work on future ROH shows. When ROH made the jump to PPV, TNA talent, such as Samoa Joe, Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin had been allowed to work ROH shows and to appear on DVD, but not the PPV. With ROH now becoming a “nationally televised promotion”, that will no longer happen.
This is the second time TNA officially has pulled their contracted talent from ROH events, the first was after the 2004 Rob Feinstein fiasco with NBC 10.
