The Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame in Amsterdam, NY will hold their official 2009 Hall of Fame induction ceremony on the weekend of May 15th and 16th. Evan “Strangler” Lewis, Wladek Zbyszko, Billy Graham, Jay Strongbow, Randy Savage, Paul Orndorff, Antonio Inoki, Mark Lewin and Don Curtis, Lou Albano, and Donna Christantello will all be inducted. Ricky Ortiz, who is apparently doing a motivational gimmick, provided another “Ricky O. Rally Up Inspirational Thought of the Week” following SmackDown this past week on WWE Mobile on AT&T exclusive video. Ortiz was drafted to SmackDown last Wednesday during the WWE Supplemental Draft on WWE.com.
