Stuart sent this in: Watched Wrestlemania last night most of the early ‘Live’ outside shot of Houston had to be pretaped as it was not dark till about 21:00-21:15 last night in San Antonio. (Assume it probably would be getting Dark in Houston about an hour earlier.) Would have had to be at least 2 hours into the broadcast before it would have been night time there.
As noted earlier, Steve Austin’s demeanor over WrestleMania weekend was described as a happy one with Austin getting the opportunity to catch up with a lot of people. From what is known, Austin looked at WrestleMania 25 as closing the wrestling chapter of his career although doesn’t appear to be totally done with WWE in regards to making appearances now and then.
It should also be noted that another topic of conversation at WrestleMania was how poor the Triple H vs. Randy Orton match came off both in how it was booked and the action in the ring. The WWE crew was said to be thrilled with the attendance and live gate.
