An Update On Mr. Kennedy’s Release, MVP, Cena, More

In WGN America’s “Go 12 Rounds With John Cena Sweepstakes,” people can enter to win a DVD copy of 12 Rounds, a John Cena poster, and a John Cena post-card. However, entrants must name one of Cena’s finishing maneuvers as well as the last movie he starred in before 12 Rounds. The entry form can be accessed at http://www.wgnamerica.com/pages/wwe_contest/ WGN America aired a number of promotional commercials promoting the sweepstakes during Thursday’s episode of WWE Superstars and in a WCW-like blunder, the voice-over person announced his name as “John Sayna.”

As noted late last night here on the website, Montel Vontavious Porter was invited to a Chicago-area prom by The View co-host Sherri Shepherd, who recently escorted the United States Champion to the ring on Friday Night SmackDown at Madison Square Garden. He will be escorting Shepherd to Hoffman Estates High School’s event in suburban Chicago tonight, which is her alma mater.
