On this morning’s edition of Live with Regis & Kelly, Regis discussed that he and his wife had dinner with Vince and Linda McMahon in New York on Saturday night. Regis put over Vince as a great promoter and villain. He also talked about enjoying wrestling, and that one of his first guests on his old talk show was a wrestler named The Destroyer.
Tonight’s edition of Monday Night Raw is the final Raw before the Night of Champions PPV. The only thing announced for the show is that ZZ Top will host the show.
Dutch Mantel, Jim Cornette, Terry Taylor and Vince Russo ran the PPV last night with Jeff Jarrett’s absence.
The sudden absence of Jarrett was the big topic of discussion at last night’s PPV. It is believed that last night was the first PPV Jarrett was not at or in control of.
