Nick Hogan is currently suing two businessmen that he was going to start up a record company with. Hogan gave the two men $50,000 as his part of the start up money, and he assumed that they would be doing the same. He was also promised that he would be refunded the $50,000 should the venture fail. Hogan claims that the men ran up $80,000 on his American Express card without his permission. He is suing them for fraud, and for $130,000 in compensation.
HulkHogan.com has announced that they have entered a distribution relationship with Amazon.com to sell the Hulk Hogan energy drink.
