ROH TV Tapings, Elijah Burke Takes Shot At WWE Stars, More

ROH has announced TV tapings on September 10th and 11th at the Arena in Philadelphia.

The following are the next three ROH on HDNet main events that will be taped at the next set of tapings:

* Kevin Steen & El Generico vs. The Briscoes
* Chris Hero vs. KENTA
* First ROH on HDNet Cage Match: Claudio Castagnoli vs. Brent Albright

In a post on his Twitter account, Elijah Burke thanks Paul Burchill and Yoshi Tatsu for honoring him by using his finishing maneuver. Burke wrote: “Lol, yesssssss! I’ve seen Paul Burchill and the Japanese kid use The Elijah Express. Pretty cool for them to honor me! Lol ~ PHS”

John Cena and his brother, West Newbury police Sgt. Dan Cena, are organizing a muscle car benefit event to help the family of a fallen hero. Firefighter Kenny Fowler died in December 2007. Dan Cena told the Newbury Port News, “Kenny was a friend growing up. Anyone who got into muscle cars in West Newbury got into it because of Kenny.” When John Cena heard about the benefit event, he bought and donated a 2010 Chevy Camaro to be raffled off. The event takes place on Aug. 15 from noon to five at Pentucket Regional High School in West Newbury, MA. John Cena will be available for autographs from 3 to 5 p.m.
