Kurt Angle has posted bail and has been released from jail following his arraignment this afternoon. From all accounts he will be allowed to travel to Orlando for tomorrow night’s PPV.
I have emailed TNA for an official statement on the matter, but have not received a response as of this writing.
Note from Ryan Clark: I had said it was going to be a quiet weekend but man how things can change quickly!! I got a call earlier today while I was up at the horse track telling me to rush home ASAP. I did just that and will be here throughout the night and tomorrow (my birthday) covering the Kurt Angle situation as well as the TNA Hard Justice PPV. We’ve got a shitload of people here tonight for the Stikeforce and Boxing events. It should be a good night for you fight fans! Strikeforce is free on Showtime while the Roy Jones Jr. vs. Jeff Lacy boxing event is a pay-per-view.
You can email Ryan Clark at Webmaster@ProWrestlingSCOOPS.com. If you’ve got a newsbit please pass it along. We’ll try to confirm it and then post it here on the website with credit to you.
