Shane Douglas ECW Reunion Update, Jarrett Update, Borash, More

Jeremy Borash announced on his Twitter that Jeff Jarrett would be heading with him to Australia to do promotional work. The company is likely running a tour there soon. Christy Hemme is also going. The mystery guests going w/ me to Australia revealed! Christy Hemme and Jeff Jarrett! Details soon!

Here is the latest on the previously announced Shane Douglas ECW Reunion show, which was to take place in November:

* Douglas planned to run the event at the Arena in Philadelphia. He announced the show at an ECW themed event and even announced the date of November 7th for the show.

* Unfortunately Douglas had not signed a deal with the Arena, who had a comedy show scheduled for that night. The Arena opted not to host the show since Douglas announced the show without signing a contract.

* Douglas was looking into running the Hammerstein Ballroom, which has housed big shows and PPVs for ROH, WWE and ECW. Douglas reportedly did not like the price quoted to him, and believes it is much more than ROH has to pay.

* While several talents have told Douglas that they would work the date, no one is officially booked.
