Andy Sandberg Not Hosting RAW, SD!/ECW Tapings Tonight

» There has been speculation that Saturday Night Live star Andy Sandberg would be hosting WWE Raw in two weeks. Samberg’s agent Molly Kawachi spoke to Monday Night Mayhem and says the news is false. “Andy is not hosting the WWE event.” Let the speculation continue as to who will be leading the charge on October 26th, the night after the WWE Bragging Rights PPV in Pittsburgh, PA.” For those wondering where the rumor started, Sandberg himself stated that he was in talks to host RAW during a local radio appearance in Buffalo, NY. Apparently talks fell through.

» WWE will tape this week’s edition of ECW and SmackDown tonight at the Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky. As announced last night, this week’s ECW main event will be Christian & Yoshi Tatsu vs. William Regal & Zack Ryder and this week’s SmackDown main event will be Rey Mysterio vs. Batista. Bell time is set for 6:45 p.m. local time.
