» TNA officials have approached former WWE Champion John Bradshaw Layfield about joining the organization, but he’s said to not be interested. We’ll keep you posted here on the website.
» Bobby Lashley is close to signing a long-term contract with the MMA organization Strikeforce. Should the deal come to fruition, it would make it impossible for Lashley to join the UFC until he’s well past his athletic prime — and one of his goals was to face Brock Lesnar. The upside of the deal is that it will likely allow him to continue wrestling, whereas if he went to UFC, he would be prohibited from doing so.
» As noted earlier, the $5 price increase for Bound for Glory was not a one-time thing as all TNA pay-per-view events from here on out will cost $34.99.
» Here is the updated TNA Turning Point card for this Sunday:
* Bobby Lashley vs. Scott Steiner
* Kurt Angle vs. Desmond Wolfe
* Street Fight: Rhino and Team 3D vs. Matt Morgan, Hernandez and Pope D’Angelo Dinero
* Six Sides Of Steel: Tara vs. Awesome Kong
