Motor City Machine Guns Makes Surprise Appearance at 7/30 AEW Collision Show & Announced They Are Signed with AEW

Thursday’s AEW Collision show at the Masonic Temple Theatre in Detroit, Michigan featured former WWE and TNA tag team Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) making a surprise appearance.

At the start of the show, an entrance song and video played that flashed the name Motor City Machine Guns to a huge reaction from the crowd. Shelley and Sabin came out to the ring and Sabin talked about them being home in more ways than one and hyped up Detroit for being the greatest city in civilization. Shelley responded stating that they are “All Elite” revealing they have joined AEW.

Following their appearance, AEW CEO Tony Khan confirmed on Twitter that MCMG have recently signed official contracts with the company.

This was MCMG’s first appearance in AEW since August of 2022.
