According to WWE.com, the trailer for The Marine 2 will debut tonight on Raw.

The DVD release of The Marine 2 is scheduled for December 29th, 2009.

Here are the latest details released on The Marine 2, which stars Ted DiBiase Jr. The plot for the film is as follows: Ted DiBiase Jr. plays a marine recon sniper named Joe Linwood. Joe and his wife head to a resort in Thailand, which happens to be taken over by terrorists. The terrorists take hostages, one of them Linwood’s wife, and look for ransom in return for the lives of the hostages. Linwood must use his military training to rescue his wife and the other hostages. The film is said to be “based on a true story”.
