Ric Flair To TNA Update, Hardy/Bischoff, Big Show, More

— WWE.com has removed all mention of Jeff Hardy and Eric Bischoff from their website, following from the removal of all mention of Hulk Hogan from things like the opening clip montage before their programming. The focal points of the last 2 WWE DVD releases have now been cut off from the company.

— On his blog on the TNA website Mick Foley mentions that this past Monday was his first-ever interaction on-screen with Hulk Hogan, and the first with Scott Hall since 1991. He also says that he spoke with Ric Flair after Christmas and recommended that he join TNA.

— According to WBRZ News 2 in Louisiana, Batista will be starring in the independent film Blood Out. Filming for the movie will begin in February in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The film is about a small-town sheriff who goes undercover to avenge his brother’s death. Jason Hewitt is the director of the film, and also worked as a producer on the film Wrong Side of Town, which also featured Batista. IMDB has Batista listed as playing the role of Michael King.

— The Big Show was in L.A. yesterday, doing some voice looping work for his film Knucklehead. The WWE film will be released in April.
