The son of “The Dragon” recently signed a developmental contract after competing across the globe for a little over a year in order to hone his skills before jumping to WWE.
— John Laurinaitis scouted prospective talent this past Wednesday at the company’s former developmental affiliate, Ohio Valley Wrestling. OVW put together a 50-slot camp for those who wanted a direct look by WWE’s Executive Vice President of Talent Relations.
— WWE Hall of Famer Roddy Piper will be shooting an episode of CBS show Cold Case later this month. The episode will have a pro wrestling theme and air in February or March.
